The Ignite TransAm Vet Classic is This Weekend!
TransAm Vet Classic Schedule
The 2019 TransAm Vet Classic presented by Ignite CBD is upon us and we would like to share the schedule of events with you for the weekend of March 22-24. Please see below for all the details as we make final preparations for the vet racing event. All classes are 25 years old and up so this weekend is just for you.
Friday March 22
Gates Open 7:30am - 9pm
Practice will be from 10am - 2pm. 11am - 1pm will have 20 minute sessions split into two groups. Group 1 will be Starter/Beginner/Amateur/Novice. Group 2 will be Intermediate/Expert/Pro.
On site registration will open 12pm - 4pm
Race Schedule will post Friday by 7pm
Saturday March 23
Gates open 6:30am - 9pm
Onsite sign up opens at 7am
Sight laps at 8am and racing will follow immediately.
We will have a site lap every 10 motos for the next 9 classes. A race will remain in the gate during the site lap. EXAMPLE: Race 10 will be in the gate and races 11-20 will get to do a site lap.
Our goal will be to get through as much of the schedule possible by 4pm to leave time for track prep the next day.
SX Viewing Party in the barn is at 7pm
The Great Escape night ride around Glen Helen starts at dark (Approximately 7:45pm). Bring your bike with lights or strap a flashlight to your helmet for this awesome experience of Glen Helen's off road course after dark!
Sunday March 24th
Gates open 6:30am
Onsite sign up opens at 7am
Sight laps at 8am and racing will follow immediately.
We will have a site lap every 10 motos for the next 9 classes.
Podium photos with IGNITE models will also be available for free download in the Swapmoto Live Race Report.
The TransAm is supported by Fasthouse, Wiseco, Walter's Mercedes Benz of Riverside and Maxxis Tires. MX Pro Parts will be on hand to help you with tires and parts on hand and several great companies will be their to support your racing experience with product, demos and sales! Don't forget to pre register and save $5 per class! We will also be providing live timing so you never have to ask, "What moto are they on?" Most smart phone devices will easily access the webpage.
